How long does my order take?

Everything is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Give it 2 to 7 business days to be made. Most orders then arrive within 5 to 15 business days, depending on where you are. You will get a tracking link by email once it ships.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Orders are printed at the facility closest to you, so a tee ordered in the US is made in the US and a tee ordered in Australia is made in Australia. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Do I pay customs or import duties?

Because orders are printed in your region, customs charges are rare. If one does come up it is the responsibility of the customer.

What sizes do you do?

Tees and hoodies run S to 3XL in a standard unisex fit. Tank tops run XS to 2XL. Every product page has a size chart in centimetres and inches. If you are between sizes, go up.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because each item is made just for you, we cannot take change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Full details are in our refund policy.

My order has not arrived

Check your tracking link first. If it has been 30 days since dispatch and it still has not shown up, email us and we will sort out a replacement or refund.

Is there a discount code?

Yes. Use the code I HATE at checkout for 10% off everything, every day.
